C# interface library

Hi all.

If anyone's interested, I've knocked up a C# interface library and sample app that talks to the BlinkyTape.
It's under a BSD 3 licence and can be pulled from bitbucket:
https://bitbucket.org/earlsoft/blinkytape

Any comments, let me know.

    Oh, and you're welcome to mirror it on github if you want, Or I can create one under my account once I figure out how to get mercurial to talk to it correctly!
