Can't reset

hi, I have a sketch loaded onto my BlinkyTape a long long time ago and I want to reset it so that I can use Pattern Paint.

The UI just says "do the reset trick" but I don't know what that is.

I do get my pattern when I plug it in to either the machine but it is a pattern I coded ages ago and not the rainbow…

    I tried a different laptop and it worked great.... weird... any ideas?

    Glad you got it working, and that's strange it just worked with a different machine- are they both running the same version of the same OS?

    Different OS. the one that doesn't work is 10.7.5

    Ok, thanks for letting me know- was the working one newer or older?
